Use of the Site and related ServicesThe legal agreement set out below governs your use of the SelfCare ID product and services, the SelfCare ID store, any and all Viable Secured Systems Corporation services. When purchasing or subscribing to any product and/or service offered by Viable Secured Systems Corporation, you will be asked to agree to our Terms and Conditions. PAYMENTS, TAXES, RETURN, AND REFUND POLICYYou agree to pay for all products and services purchased through the SelfCare ID store, this includes initial startup cost for the Card and Reader and a monthly subscription service. Our subscription service is built upon an auto renew policy which requires the member to email us to cancel any memberships they no longer wish to use. By purchasing a Card and Reader you will are authorizing Viable Secured Systems Corporation to auto renew your membership monthly and/or annually at the agreed to price shown upon purchase. Viable Secured Systems Corporation and/or its affiliates will charge your payment method for all products and services purchased and for any additional amounts (i.e. taxes, shipping, and late fees, as applicable) that may be accrued by or in connection with your SelfCare ID account. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TIMELY PAYMENT OF ALL FEES AND FOR PROVIDING VIABLE SECURED SYSTEMS CORP WITH A VALID PAYMENT METHOD FOR PAYMENT OF ALL FEES. When you make a purchase in the SelfCare ID Store, your account is billed at the time of or shortly after your transaction. If you use a credit card or bank account for a transaction, Viable Secured Systems Corporation might obtain pre-approval for an amount up to the amount of the order. All fees are billed to the payment method that you designate during the registration process. If you want to designate a different payment method or if there is a change in your payment method account status, you must change your information online in the Account Information section of your profile. This might temporarily disrupt access to services while Viable Secured Systems Corporation verifies the new payment information.
Before Returning a ProductViable Secured Systems Corporation works hard to ensure that we always get your order right the first time. If you are having issues with a product, there may be other options before you return it: If you’ve purchased a SelfCare ID™ Smart Card & SelfCare USB Reader™ , and need assistance with installation and/or activation, please visit our Support Page first for guided assistance, FAQ's, and further member support options. If you wish to return any purchase made in the last thirty days you may do so by contacting our support team via email (email@example.com) or by contacting us directly at our toll free number 800-513-6915 selecting the support option. This return policy is provided in addition to any statutory return rights that you may have under law. We will accept returns and exchanges for items that meet the return criteria set forth below for 30 days from the date of purchase, as applicable. Exceptions are stated below. We may deny any return or exchange if it fails to meet our return criteria.
Return CriteriaAll products must be returned with reasonable care having been taken (such as must not show wear or damage, and must be in a condition that properly identifies the owner). All returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the original documentation, instruction manuals, registration, parts and components ( SelfCare ID™ Smart Card & SelfCare USB Reader™) and the original manufacturer packaging. Failure to include such items may prevent or delay your refund or exchange. Viable Secured Systems Corp reserves the right to deny any return if it fails to meet the return criteria and conditions. Viable Secured Systems Corporation will not accept the following items for return: (i) items that have been personalized or customized beyond their original manufacturing state: (ii) if product tampering is evident (iii) items that have been used in a manner not consistent with the product's intended purpose, altered, or that show wear or damage. Standard Product WarrantyViable Secured Systems Corporation (VSS CORPPRATION) warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months (1 Year) from date of purchase. Except as specifically stated herein, all express or implied warranties whatsoever, statutory or otherwise, are expressly excluded. Viable Secured Systems Corporation obligation and liability under this warranty is expressly limited to replacing, at Viable Secured Systems Corporation discretion, any product not meeting the specifications. In no event shall Viable Secured Systems Corporation be liable to the buyer or any other person for any loss or damages whether direct or indirect or consequential or incidental, including without limitation, any damages for lost profits, stolen goods, data loss, or claims by any other party caused by defective goods or otherwise arising from the improper, incorrect or otherwise faulty installation or use of the merchandise sold. Indemnity ClauseMembers and/or users of the SelfCareID or SelfCareID Website Portal shall indemnify and hold harmless Viable Secured Systems Corp. and its directors, officers, employees, agents, stockholders, affiliates, subcontractors and fellow members / customers from and against all allegations, claims, actions, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, obligations, losses, settlements, judgments, costs and expenses (including without limitation attorneys’ fees and costs) which arise out of, relate to or result from any act or omission of the Member and/or user of the SelfCareID or SelfCareID Website Portal.

Refund PolicyThe SelfCareID (Viable Secured Systems Corporation NFC Reader, and monthly subscription) products and initial may be returned within 30-days after the date of purchase for a full refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Once your returned item is received by us, a credit will be issued back to the credit card used to purchase the SelfCareID and Viable Secured Systems Corporation NFC Reader.
Return authorizations are valid within 30-days after the date of purchase.
